Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which Ilyas Patel (Accountants) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells the book available on our website (“The Tax Advantage”) to you (“you”, “your”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Product

We sell one book (“The Tax Advantage”) priced at £19.95.
Full details of the Book are provided on our website. All descriptions, images, and promotional material are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Price and Payment

  • • The price of the Book is £19.95, inclusive of VAT (if applicable).
  • • Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods offered on our website.
  • • We reserve the right to change prices, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

  • • By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate.
  • • After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance.
  • • A legally binding contract is formed when we send you a confirmation email stating that your order has been accepted and is being processed.

5. Delivery

  • • We will deliver the Book to the delivery address provided at checkout.
  • • Delivery times are estimates only, but we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days following December 8th
  • • Risk passes to you upon delivery, but ownership transfers only once full payment has been received.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Your Right to Cancel

6.1 Change of Mind (Consumer Rights)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Book.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing before the cancellation period expires. Please send this order of cancellation to info@taxexpert.co.uk.

6.2 Condition for Returns

You must return the Book in its original, unused condition.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

6.3 Refunds

Once the returned Book is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If the Book arrives faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible at info@taxexpert.co.uk
You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund, provided you notify us within a reasonable time and return the Book if requested.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from your purchase or use of the Book.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the Book.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/serious injury caused by negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the Book, and all materials on our website, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Book without our express written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you consent to us using your information to fulfil your purchase.

11. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including postal delays, strikes, natural disasters, or website outages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
