Terms and Conditions of Delivery

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which Ilyas Patel (Accountants) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells the book available on our website (“The Tax Advantage”) to you (“you”, “your”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Delivery Area
We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently ship internationally.
3. Postage Costs
All delivery costs are covered by us.
You will not be charged for postage at checkout or at any time.
4. Dispatch Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of your order being accepted.
If dispatch is delayed, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and Royal Mail or courier service performance.
Typical delivery times are:
- • Standard UK delivery: Estimated 2–5 working days from dispatch.
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Delivery Method
All orders will be sent using Royal Mail or another recognised UK courier service.
We may change the delivery provider from time to time without notice.
7. Delivery Address
You must ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to rearrange delivery.
8. Delivery Confirmation and Risk
Once your order has been delivered to the address provided:
- • Risk of loss or damage passes to you.
- • Ownership of the Book passes to you only when full payment has been received.
We may provide delivery confirmation where the courier provides tracking or confirmation services.
9. Delayed, Missing, or Lost Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@taxexpert.co.uk so that we can investigate.
Where an item is confirmed lost:
- • We will offer either a replacement (subject to stock availability)
or - • A full refund.
10. Damaged Deliveries
If the Book arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible at info@taxexpert.co.uk.
We may request photographic evidence and will arrange for a replacement or refund.
11. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- • Postal strikes
- • Severe weather
- • Industrial action
- • National emergencies
- • Courier service disruption
If such events occur, we will take reasonable steps to minimise delay.
